2025 GRWB STEP Fund Rising Huge Success

Over 100 participants attended GRWB STEP’s 2025 Fund Raising Raffle at Blue Box Seafood on Sunday. As in past years Blue Box did a great job. Good food and ice-cold beer on a warm day.

We had a stage full of prizes to give away. Thank you to all the local merchants and Guide Services that donated raffle prizes and guided fishing and crabbing trips. You guys make it happen. THANK YOU!

Justin Wentz of Shake & Bake Guide Service is all smiles winning the grand prize of a kayak fishing package.

Nick Winkler, from Tehachapi, California won the $1000.00 first place prize in the Winchester Bay Crab Derby.

Again, THANK YOU to everyone who donated to and worked to make our raffle a success. Your efforts and gifts will help GRWB STEP continue its mission to improve Fall Chinook Salmon angling in Winchester Bay and the lower Umpqua River.
