2025 GRWB S.T.E.P. ANNUAL LABOR DAY WEEKEND SALMON DERBY HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

Regrettably, we are announcing that our 2025 Labor Day Weekend Salmon Derby is CANCELLED. Extremely low Fall Chinook Salmon returns are forecast by ODFW. As a result, severe season and harvest restrictions have been placed on the Umpqua River for the 2025 fall Chinook Salmon season.

GRWB STEP will hold its annual fund-raising raffle at 2:30 pm, Sunday, August 31st at The Blue Box Cafe in Winchester Bay. Lots of great raffle prizes. Guided fishing trips, Fishing & outdoor gear, and a Grand Raffle Prize of a Kayak Package. The drawing results for the Tanacom electric reel with Penn rod will also be announced.
